Delta Family Resource Centre is governed by a 9 person volunteer Board of Directors elected by the membership at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). There are vacancies on the Board of Directors for individual(s) who support the mission and vision of the organization. Although Board members do not represent any particular community, constituency, or organization the composition of the Board will reflect as much as possible the character and nature of our community.
Board members make a commitment for a maximum of three-year term and will agree attend monthly Board meetings and Board development session, willingness to serve on at least one committee establishing overall long and short term goals, objectives and priorities, monitoring and evaluating the organization’s effectiveness through committee structures and supporting the organization fundraising strategies and organizational goals.
